Overview：
KYN28A-12 metal clad built-in enclosed switchgear is the cubicle switchgear for 50Hz single busbar of 3.6~12 KV three-phase current and segmented system of single busbar. This switch cubicle conforms to IEC298,B3906 and other standards. It has interlocking functions including that prevent from pushing and pulling the truck of breaker with load, prevent from faulty operation of breaker, prevent from switching breaker when earthing switch being sealing position, prevent from stray into electrified compartment, and prevent from wrongly switching ground switch with electricity. It is not only equipped with VD4 vacuum breaker of ABB company, but also equipped with domestic VS1 （ZN63）and other vacuum breaker, which is actually a kind of power distribution unit with superior performance. This product is mainly applicable to power station, power transmission for small and medium generator, power distribution for industry and mining enterprises, secondary substation power receiving for power system, power transmission, start of large-scale high-voltage motor, etc. so as to implement control, protection and monitoring.
This product also applies to marine oil platform after improved design, and meets the three-proofing requirements including "salt mist prevention, anti-mildew and moisture resistant".
Features of main structure:
1、The shell of cabinet selects imported AI-Zn-plated steel sheet, which has antioxidant and corrosion resistant performance;
2、Handcart is with built-in structure, capable to ensure cooperation of moving and static contact, and with good interchangeability;
3、Adopt door closing operation, which has reliable mechanical interlocking mechanism and conforms to the requirements of "five preventions";
4、The cable chamber has a large space, the mounting height of cable is greater than 800mm, and capable to install 18 single core cable;
5、The removable part (handcart) adopts floor mode of turnaround trolley, flexible, reliable and easy for maintenance;
6、The handcart adopts reinforced insulation to prevent possibility of breakdown occurring for interphase;
7、Each compartment has voltage relief paths, capable to withstand internal fault arc, while each each compartment adopts metal partition to prevent accident from expanding and spreading.
8、Switch cabinet is capable to meet the requirement of large volume, and reach 5000A of rated current and 50kA for switching.
