Overview：
XGN2-12 box-type stationary metal-enclosed switchgear (hereafter referred as to switch cabinet), is the indoor complete power distribution unit for 50Hz of three phase current and 12kV of rated voltage. In power system, it applies to receiving and distributing electric energy in industrial and mining enterprises, power station and substation, and has control, measuring and protection functions for circuits. Its busbar system is single busbar and capable to derive single busbar with bypass and double busbar structure.
The master switch of this switch cabinet adopts ZN28-12 series of vacuum circuit breaker, and also adopts ZN63A-12 and ZN65A-12 type of vacuum circuit breaker; the isolating switch uses GN30-10 rotary type of disconnector, the operating mechanism is of JSXGN interlocking gear, and the interlock is safe and reliable. The switch cabinet is equipped with normal protection or microcomputer comprehensive protection system.
Features of structure:
1、This switch cabinet is of closed metal box-type structure, the cabinet framework consists of angle steel by welding. Inside cabinet, it has breaker room, busbar chamber and relay room, and has steel plate for partition among rooms.
2、Breaker room is under the cabinet body, while busbar chamber is above the cabinet. In order to reduce the height of cabinet, the busbar is specially arranged. Cable chamber at the back of lower part of cabinet body, inside which supports insulator and may have monitoring device, and the cable is fixed onto the support. As for main wiring used for contact, this room will be link cable chamber. Relay room is in the front of upper part of cabinet body, the indoor swinging door may have various relays, etc. while on door, it may have indicating instrument, signal element and other secondary elements, and on top, it still may have secondary small busbar.
3、Such structure can limit any equipment and busbar fault within local scope to prevent accident from expanding and improve reliable operation performance of switch cabinet.
