GCK low voltage draw-out switch cabinet consists of power distribution center cabinet (PC) and motor control center (MCC), which applies to power distribution system that AC 50Hz, maximum operating current to 4000A in power station, substation, industrial and mining enterprises and other electric power users, to be used as power distribution, motor control and lighting and electric energy switching, distribution and control for other power distribution equipments.

Features of main structures:
1、The framework adopts profiled bar and uses three-dimensional angle plate for positioning, and the bolted connection is without welding structure, so that avoid the welding deformation and stress, improve installation accuracy. It also can use 8MF section bar;
2、The installing hole of framework and parts changes with module E=20mm, and the assembly is flexible;
3、The interior structural parts are color zinc-plated. The outside adopts static epoxy powder for spraying after acid pickling and phosphating treatment;
4、The functional unit of drawer and door has mechanical interlocking through the operating mechanism of master switch. Master switch cannot be opened in switch-on position. The operating mechanism may be locked in swich-on or switch-off position by means of adding padlock outside. Among compartment of function unit has metal plate for separation, the drawer has good interchangeability, as well as has three positions including operation, test and separation.
