Overview：

KGN-40.5 sheathed fixed style of AC metal-enclosed switchgear is the indoor package device for three-phase 50Hz single busbar system, to be used to receive and distribute electric energy for 35kV network. This type of switch cabinet has functions including that prevents from wrongly operating breaker, prevents from splitting or integrating isolation with load, from connecting ground wire with electricity, from power transmission with ground wire and prevents from straying into electrified compartment (hereafter referred to as "five preventions". It is equipped with ZN12-40.5 breaker.

Features of main structure:

     1、This switch cabinet has beautiful shape design, good quality of appearance, compact internal structure with scientific arrangement and easy for maintenance;

     2、This cabinet adopts air insulation, whose internal structure is of metal isolating air insulation structure, and among relay room, terminal room, main bus bar room, breaker room, incoming and outgoing line room and other different compartments has metal partition for interphase isolation, with reliable protection, safe maintenance, and each compartment has independent voltage relief access;

     3、The ZN12-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker is of stationary type of installation for such cabinet, with steady performance, reliable operation, high design parameters, and has good interlocking function with switch cabinet;

     4、This cabinet uses new type of GN27-40.5 series of isolating switch;

     5、This cabinet uses JSXGN-35 mechanical interlocking mechanism after modification, adds the "procedure lock to prevent from wrongly assign breaker", realizes the function of "five protections" in real sense, and makes the "five protections" of this cabinet reach the perfect effect and ensures the safety and reliability for maintenance of this cabinet.
