High-voltage switchgear

 

XGN15-12 unit type of sulfur hexafluoride ring network cabinet (hereinafter referred to as ring network cabinet) is a new generation closed metal switchgear which takes sulfur hexafluoride gas for insulation and arc extinction, and the overall cabinet adopts air insulation. It uses sulfur   hexafluoride three-position load switch, with simple structure and reliable performance. It may choose manual or power-driven operating mechanism according to different requirements of user.

Ring network cabinet is applied to AC 50Hz and 12kV of power system, and widely used in cable for industry and civil use and power supply terminal. In particular, it applies to power distribution for urban residential area, small-scale   secondary power distribution station, switching station, industrial and mining enterprises, market, airport, subway, wind power generation, hospital, stadium, railway, tunnel, high-rise buildings and other power systems to receive and   distribute electric energy.


Features of main structure:

1、Ring net cabinet consists of busbar room, three-position load switch room, cable chamber, operating mechanism room, interlocking mechanism, low-voltage control room, metering loop and other parts. Each compartment is divided by steel   plate to prevent from influencing on adjacent room by trouble location.

2、Busbar room is arranged at the upper part of cabinet body, inside which main busbars connect each other and run through the whole row of switch cabinet. Busbar is arranged horzontally, convenient to be extended.

3、Inside switch room, it has one three-position load switch, whose shell is made from epoxy resin after casting. It is filled with SF6 gas inside to be as arc-extinguishing medium. At leading-out end of operation axle, it has two   transparent plastic end covers, from which may observe the state of contact. In switch room, it may be equipped with SF6 gas density meter or gas density apparatus with alarm point according to requirements of user.

4、Cable chamber mainly applies to cable connection, the single core or three-core cable may adopt the simplest non-shielded cable head for connection, while the ample space may hold lightning arrester, current transformer, arrangement of   earthing switch and other elements.
