The device applies to the power distribution system of power station, petroleum, metallurgy, spinning, chemical industry, high-rise building and other industries. In large-sized power station, petrifaction system and other places with high level of automation and computer interface, it applies to power supply and distribution system with 50(60)Hz of three-phase AC frequency, AC 50(60)Hz, 380V(400) and(600) of rated operational voltage, and power generation and supply system with rated current of 4000A below, to be used in low voltage complete of power distribution device for distribution, switching and control of electric energy, and compensation of reactive power.
Features of main structures:
1、Main framework adopts 8MF opened steel and C section bar. The structure is of assembling type, and has module holes E=20mm for installation on each main framework.
2、Each function room of device should be strictly separated, its compartment mainly falls into functional unit room, busbar room and cable chamber, and the function of each unit is relatively independent.
3、The device does not use the traditional design which places the horizontal main bus to the top of cabinet. It has outlet access above and below cable chamber so that solve the problem that no way to place outlet for old products.
4、Functional unit
1)One drawer is an independent functional unit.
2)Drawer falls into five dimension series, including one half units, one unit, one and a half unit, two units, three units. The rated current at loop is below 400A.
3)The drawer of function unit is capable to realize interchange easily.
4)In each cabinet of device, it may be equipped with 11 drawers with one unit or 22 drawers with two units.
5)The panel of drawer has clear sign for positions like combine, break, test, draw out, etc. The drawer has mechanical interlocking device.
5、Feeder cabinet and control cabinet of electric motor has special cable compartment. The connection of functional unit room with the cable in cable compartment is realized by means of switch or adapter copper bar, which not only improves the reliability of cable service, but also greatly facilitate to install and maintain cable for users.
6、The logarithm for one unit and above of auxiliary contact of function unit of device is 32 pairs, and one half unit is 20 pairs, capable to meet the requirements of automation user and computer interface.
7、Focus on drawer, and have draw-out type and fixed type, which can be mixed for combination and chosen at will.
8、The device adopts the design of three-phase five-wire system and three-phase four-wire system. The design department and user can be convenient to choose PE+N or PEN mode.
9、The protection level of cabinet body is IP3X and IP4X, which is chosen according to the need of user.
