Thus we hereby make service commitments as follows:
● Set up 24-hour service hotline, select experienced professional service personnel, equip enough resources and commit to doing various service works well.
● Provide pre-sales design consultancy service, help user to choose the most practical, reasonable and economical design plan.
● Provide user with operational maintenance knowledge training concerned with products, including operation of product, judgment and elimination of simple fault, precautions and maintenance for daily use, etc. to help user to grasp related knowledge and skills in time and give play to the efficiency of equipments at most which have been put into service.
● Provide technical consulting service for installation and trial run, and assist power supply department and user in installing and commissioning equipments.
● Be responsible for on-site repair and supply support service of components and parts. Repair the products free of charges which are put into service within 12 months (charge components cost for fault resulting from operation against rules.) , and do whole-life follow-up service for products.
● In event of any emergency for user, after answering telephone, guarantee to give reply in 1 hour, and go to the site in 12 hours as required so as to help user eliminate worries.
● The on-site service personnel should be in strict accordance with service specifications, wear unified clothes and safety protection articles; make civilized speech and behavior; properly construct and ensure its quality; not encroach the property of user and receive the gift of user; clear the site after service.
● Service staff should in strict accordance with the safety regulations of user, and put an end to barbaric operation against rules.
